Software

Some of our services allow you to download client software ("SOFTWARE") which may update automatically. So long as you comply with these terms, we give you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the software, solely to access the scripts. Unless the following restrictions are prohibited by law, you agree not to reverse engineer or de-compile the services, attempt to do so, or assisting anyone in doing so.

Modification and Termination We can terminate or deny you access to our services / software at any time, for any reason. You can also choose to deactivate your account at any time.

We may terminate these general terms or any additional terms, or suspend or terminate your Squire account or your access token to any services / software, at any time for any reason.

We may add or remove, suspend, stop, delete, discontinue or impose conditions on services or any feature or aspect of a service.

We will take reasonable steps to notify you of termination or these other types of service changes by discord. You may also terminate the general terms and additional terms applicable to your Squire account by deactivating your Squire account at any time.

Effect of Termination Once our relationship ends, we are not responsible for any losses you experience because of the termination of our services. Some terms of our agreement will still apply even after our relationship ends.

If these general terms of your Squire account is terminated or suspended for any reason: (a) the license key and any other rights granted under these terms will end, (b) you agree to immediately terminate and cease use of all services / software, (c) we will not be liable to you or any third party for compensation, reimbursement, or damages for any termination or suspension of the services. In addition to any payment obligations under the payment terms, the following sections of these general terms survive and remain in effect in accordance with their terms upon termination.

General Rules We can terminate or deny you access to our services / software at any time, if any of these terms are violated.

Scamming Scamming inside OR out of the Squire community. This includes account sales and recoveries, selling / buying gold, etc..

Licenses Selling your licenses / lending your licenses to a friend is completely unacceptable.

Services Offering services using squire is not allowed. You are not allowed to take payment to run a script for another person.

Account Sales / Gold Sales We are not a market place. We do not allow sales between customers.
